Reservation Policy
Please schedule your appointments in advance to ensure availability. Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks before a group Spa Party and a non refundable deposit is required to hold the date.

$50 deposit for 3 to 6 guests
$100 deposit for 7 to 15 guests
$150 deposit for 16 to 20 guests

1 hour minimum for all home spa parties. 

Travel Fees (Within Ocean and Monmouth County no travel fee charged)
Travel fees may be incurred depending on distance (Starting Point: Brick, New Jersey).  

Payment Method
Cash, Checks or Credit cards are accepted via PayPalŪ.  Outstanding balances for services are payable by cash or credit card via PaypalŪ the day of your individual or group Spa Party Services. All returned checks regardless of reason will incur a $30.00 return check charge and must be replaced with money order  or cash for the check amount and return check charge prior to date of service.  
  

Gift Certificate/Coupons
Gift Certificates and Coupons cannot be combined and will not be accepted at a group Spa Party unless otherwise agreed upon by Earthtones representatives when you negotiate your contract. An additional amendment must be created to allow the use of Gift Certificates and Coupons at a Spa Party.


Invitations
Printed invitations or Evite (email) invitations are created at no additional cost.

Gratuities
Individual spa services do not include gratuities.  In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.   
 

Deposits/Cancellation
A  nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve any group Spa Party services. 72 hour cancellation notice required or the deposit is forfeited.
Amendements can be created based on your needs and the needs of your guests..

Change Policy
In the event services are rescheduled, the new date must be within 30 days after the original date.  After the 30-day period has passed, the deposit/payment will be forfeited --  Only one rescheduling permitted.  Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows. The scheduled services are reserved and staffed according to your needs.  Therefore, changes to any package must be made 72 hours prior to date of service.  Last minute changes may not be able to be honored. 

Overtime Charges/Late Arrivals
Spa Parties:   It is important that the agreed to starting and ending times be adhered to.  Overtime charges may apply  if your party goes beyond the allotted time listed in your Contract and an overtime rate of $25 per 1/2 hour, per technician/therapist will be charged and must be paid in cash for services to continue beyond the allotted time (based on availability).  To avoid overtime charges, scheduled appointments are recommended and notice should be given to guests to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments.  Although the staff will do what they can to accommodate late arriving guests, it is not always be possible for the staff to provide the entire appointment time. 

Setup

Therapists will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to scheduled start time to set up. We will provide you with a Hostess Checklist to help you prepare for the event.

 
Free Spa Services
A Spa Party Hostess is entitled to a free head, neck and shoulder massage the day of their Home Spa Party.
The hostess must guarantee at least 1  hour of paid guest spa services in order to be eligible for this offer.  

Spa Gifts 
Free spa gifts are given based on availability. Gifts will be provided for guests who RSVP a week before any Spa Party event. Those who do not RSVP  a week before with a deposit may not receive a free spa gift.
