Restorative Yoga
In an ideal world every asana would feel restorative. But those that fall into the special category of restorative poses have a particular ability to leave us nourished and well rested. These postures are usually deeply supported by blankets, blocks, or other props and are held for several minutes at a time.
Restorative practice can be intimidating to beginners—all those props! But just a few guiding tips will help you start a regular restorative practice of your own.
In time and with practice, you will be rewarded with the ability to drop with ease into a place of deep contentment. This is what yoga is all about, after all: stilling our fidgety bodies and calming our rambling minds so that we may rest quietly in the present moment and see clearly the peace that resides within.

Chakra Balancing Workshop
"Connect mind, body and spirit and the answers will come"

The 7 Chakras, in essence, are energy centers located along the spine which stimulates the endocrine system creating physical reactions within the bodies systems. By focusing our intention on these energy centers with the use of color therapy, music therapy, meditation and guided imagery, we can align the chakras to acheive homeostasis or balance.

Couples Massage Workshop
"Couples will learn to give and receive a therapeutic body massage"
Areas of the body we will focus on:
Neck, shoulders, back, legs, feet, arms, hands, scalp and face.
You will learn how to prepare for the massage, proper draping techniques, basic Swedish Massage strokes including effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement. You will also learn flowing strokes and gentle stretches that guide both of you into a holistic experience of body, mind, and soul.
This workshop is about connecting with the love within, thus being able to share love with our significant other. This journey is accomplished through unfolding the multiple aspects of GIVING AND RECEIVING of oneself through Massage.
The focus of the workshop is a journey to discover intimacy and the connection we have with our Partner. It is only through understanding and embracing the love within, that we can open the doorway to intimacy between our Partner and Ourselves. And this is what this workshop will bring to you.

Holistic Skin Care Workshop
In this practice learn how the mind, body spirit connection effects the overall health of your skin. This workshop includes a skin care ritual demonstration, tips and recipes for custom blending your own natural skin care at home and philosophies and lifestyle techniques that will leave you with healthy, glowing skin, naturally!
